The Water Flow Conditioning Device (FCD)

The FCD from Water Flow Innovations powered by AquaFlow technologies is a patented inline flow-conditioning device designed to help facilities reduce water and sewer costs by improving measurement conditions at the water meter.

Installed immediately after the water meter, the FCD helps manage entrained air, regulate pressure, reduce turbulence, and prevent reverse flow where needed. Each device is configured for the facility’s piping, meter, water pressure, and installation conditions without requiring major changes to the existing plumbing system.

Key Features

  • Average 30% Cost Reduction: Users have reported an average 30% reduction in water bills after installation.
  • Strong First-Year Return: Delivers 90%+ investment recovery in the first year.
  • 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee: Return the FCD within six months for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
  • Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty: Backed by a lifetime warranty against defects and corrosion.
  • No Noticeable Pressure Loss: Conditions water flow without disrupting downstream water delivery.
  • Site-Specific Configuration: Sized for the facility’s piping, meter, water pressure, and installation conditions.
  • Minimal Installation Disruption: Fits within the existing waterline immediately after the meter.

How It Works

The FCD is installed on the customer side of the waterline immediately after the meter. It helps create more stable measurement conditions by addressing entrained air, pressure fluctuations, reverse flow, and turbulent water movement.

The device is designed to improve how water is measured rather than reduce the facility’s actual water consumption. Normal operations, processes, and downstream water delivery remain unchanged.
