Hardy’s C2® Electronic Calibration eliminates the need for heavy test weights, making scale calibration faster, safer, and more accurate. With C2, scales are calibrated in seconds using one reference point instead of five, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
A C2 system includes load points, a junction box, cabling, and instrumentation, all working together for seamless calibration. Hardy instruments automatically detect C2-certified load points, requiring only a single reference point entry to bring the system online.
To verify calibration, a small test weight (25-100 lbs.) is applied. If the scale reads correctly, it is calibrated and ready for use.
