LIAG® Venturi Powder Control Valve

LAUFER Venturi Powder Control Valves are engineered to maintain consistent, unrestricted powder flow in sanitary processing applications. Featuring a Y-shaped inlet with a 135°/45° middle port orientation, this design provides optimal flow and vacuum exhaust characteristics for precise proportioning and dosing.

Unlike traditional butterfly valves, LIAG® Venturi Powder Control Valves deliver a full-bore opening that maintains the nominal diameter and eliminates pressure loss. The design can replace up to two butterfly valves, improving both process efficiency and control while maintaining superior hygienic performance.
