Exergy Point-of-Use (POU) System

The Exergy Point-of-Use System provides immediate access to temperature-controlled Water for Injection or Purified Water at the point of use. Designed for pharmaceutical and other high-purity applications, the system cools hot water from the main distribution loop while maintaining continuous circulation when dispensing is not required.

Available in standard and customizable configurations, the system uses a compact, high-performance heat exchanger to support reliable temperature control, hygienic operation, and efficient water dispensing.

Hygienic Design and Construction

The Exergy Point-of-Use System features a sanitary double-tubesheet heat exchanger that keeps product and utility fluids separated to help prevent cross-contamination. Product-contact surfaces are passivated with a surface finish of less than 20 µin Ra, with optional electropolishing available.

The system is constructed from 316L stainless steel and is fully drainable on the product side, with no dead legs. It is also compatible with clean-in-place and steam-in-place processes and designed to meet ASME Bioprocessing Equipment requirements. Quality documentation is available to support regulated applications.
