Compact High Purity Water Systems

Stilmas 4400L and 2200L systems are compact high purity water systems designed for reliable purified water generation, storage, and distribution in a smaller footprint. These systems support facilities that need dependable water quality without the scale or complexity of a large centralized system.

With compact skid designs, touchscreen HMI and PLC controls, reverse osmosis technology, UV treatment, final filtration, and conductivity monitoring, the 4400L and 2200L help support consistent high purity water delivery to points of use.

Key Features

  • Compact Skid Design: Helps simplify installation, startup, and integration into existing facilities.
  • Purified Water Generation and Distribution: Designed to generate, store, and deliver high purity water to points of use.
  • Reverse Osmosis Technology: Helps remove impurities and support consistent water quality.
  • Integrated Treatment Components: Includes UV treatment, final filtration, distribution pumps, and conductivity monitoring.
  • Operator-Friendly Controls: Touchscreen HMI and PLC controls provide clear system visibility and operation.
  • Flexible System Sizing: Choose the 4400L for higher generation and distribution needs or the 2200L for lower-flow applications.

Shared System Components

Both systems include core components to support high purity water generation and delivery, including reverse osmosis technology, distribution pumps, UV treatment, final filtration, conductivity monitoring, and touchscreen HMI/PLC controls. The 4400L can include optional EDI with slipstream polishing, while the 2200L can include optional DI cartridge filters.

4400L EDI System Configuration

The 4400L can be configured with EDI polishing for applications that require consistent high purity water generation, storage, and distribution. The diagram below shows how pretreatment, reverse osmosis, electrodeionization, UV disinfection, filtration, storage, and loop supply/return components work together.

4400L EDI

This configuration helps show the path from incoming feedwater through purified water production and delivery to points of use. Optional components can be selected based on facility needs, water quality requirements, and project goals.
